Here's some info to help make your experience with MSC as seamless as possible!

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if there is any reason you are not, I welcome returns within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original condition at which you will be then be given store credit. However, sale items are final sale.

Shipping

I want to make my pieces as accessible as possible so I offer a few different shipping options through USPS. I am a one woman show so please allow up to 7 days to ship. I will likely get items out within the next day or two but life happens, I appreciate your patience and understanding. I am not liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, once the item leaves my hands it is out of my control. If something does happen to your order, please do not hesitate to reach out & I will do whatever I can to help.

Materials

I am committed to supporting other small businesses in an ethical & sustainable way from the start to finish of my process. I make all of my items with .925 sterling silver & quality cabochons from independently owned, small businesses. My packaging is also sourced from other small businesses and will be shipped to you in a compostable or recyclable mailer that is reusable. 

Customs

If you are interested in doing a custom, feel free to shoot me an email at malachitesilverco@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee that I will  accept a custom order but I will gladly discuss it. 

Repairs

I create jewelry to stand the test of time but I understand that things break. If anything happens to your MSC piece, please email me at malachitesilverco@gmail.com and we can discuss repairs. While I would love to repair all of your treasures I can only repair items that were made by me.
